Rakel has played football (soccer for some of you) most of her life and is a coach for a women's team in Iceland. She is also the one that keeps the Lauf office staff in shape or at least tries to with scheduled strength sessions at office hours when the others least expect it.

Indoor training enthusiast on an IC8 trainer bike. She also is an avid mountain biker with a big love for Mtb Enduro races.
