1. Remove the crankset with an 8 mm Allen key.
2. Remove the 3 mm thick spacer.
3. Remove the drive-side bottom bracket (BB) cup to prepare for installation.
4. Install the chain guide bracket behind the BB cup and gently tighten the cup.
5. Align the chain guide bracket so that the small hole sits directly above the center of the BB.
6. Tighten the BB cup to 50 Nm. Make sure the small hole in the chain guide bracket remains directly above the center of the BB.
7. Install the crankset and torque to 54 Nm using an 8 mm Allen key.
8. Adjust the bearing preload adjuster.
9. Adjust the height of the chain guide. Shift to the largest cog on the cassette and position the chain guide approximately 1 mm above the chain.
10. Tighten the chain guide adjustment bolt to a maximum torque of 2 Nm. Do not exceed 2 Nm.
