Crashes happen — we get it. If your Lauf frame, Grit fork, or handlebar has been damaged in an accident, we’ll help you get rolling again with 50% off a new Lauf-made replacement product. 

Who’s Eligible 

You may qualify if: 

• Your Lauf product was purchased within the last 5 years. 
• The damage came from a crash or accidental impact that makes it unsafe to ride. 
• You’re the original owner and can show proof of purchase. 
• The damaged item is a Lauf-made product (frames, Grit forks, or handlebars). 
  Third-party parts like SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, DT Swiss, FSA, Goodyear, and Fizik aren’t covered. 

Your Options 

Depending on product availability and configuration, Lauf Cycles may offer one of the following options:

• Same model and color available:
  A 50% discount on a Lauf-made replacement of the same product.
• Same model, different color:
  A 50% discount on the applicable Lauf-made replacement product(s). Achieving a matching colorway may require replacement of additional parts (for example, a fork), which may increase the total cost even when discounted.
• Discontinued model with a current equivalent:
  A 50% discount on the closest current equivalent Lauf-made replacement product(s), subject to availability.
• No suitable replacement available:
  In some cases, Lauf Cycles may offer store credit at its discretion.

Discounts are applied to the current replacement price at the time the crash replacement is issued. All options are subject to availability.

Shipping, duties, taxes, and labor costs are not covered.

How to File a Claim 

1. Complete the Crash Replacement Form below. 
2. Attach proof of purchase, photos of the damage, and a short description of the crash. 
3. Follow any next steps from our Customer Service team. 

What’s Not Covered 

This program supports riders who’ve had genuine accidents. It doesn’t cover: 

• Normal wear and tear. 
• Cosmetic-only damage. 
• Improper installation, maintenance, or modifications. 
• Misuse or intentional damage. 

Lauf Cycles reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or misused. 

This program is separate from our Warranty Policy and applies only to crash-related damage. Lauf may update or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
