Delivery Timing
After placing your order, your bike goes through assembly and processing.
Estimated timelines are shown on each product page (varies by size and color).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on destination.
You can track your order anytime via your Lauf account. There, you’ll see when we’re assembling your bike and when it will ship from our warehouse.

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions:
Brazil, Colombia, Gibraltar, Jersey (UK), Kazakhstan, Russia, the Philippines, Gran Canaria, Belarus and Ukraine.
eElja (e-bike) shipping note:
- USA: Ships to the 48 contiguous states only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- Europe: Please contact Customer Support for details
